No Guarantees: Understand that meeting university entry requirements and obtaining a visa are not guaranteed and are ultimately the decision of the respective institutions and governments.
Third-Party Fees: Pay all applicable university application fees, visa fees, and other third-party costs directly to the relevant authorities.
We act as an advisor and facilitator. We do not guarantee admission to any educational institution, the award of any scholarship, or the grant of a visa.
All admission, scholarship, and visa decisions are made by the respective institutions and government bodies. We cannot influence these decisions.
While we assist in preparing your application, you are ultimately responsible for verifying the accuracy and authenticity of all documents.
Consultancy Fees
Our service fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in a separate contract or service agreement before the commencement of services.
Third-Party Fees
All university application fees, courier charges, test fees, and visa fees are your sole responsibility and are payable directly to the respective organizations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boston Consultants, its directors, or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
